Before founding Seraj Law, Ahmad held a Tax & Finance role at General Electric, where he developed deep expertise in corporate operations, regulatory frameworks, and financial strategy. Beyond his corporate career, Ahmad has personally owned and managed multiple business ventures across retail, restaurants, and real estate development — giving him firsthand knowledge of the challenges his clients face every day.

This combination of corporate-grade rigor and real-world business experience lets Ahmad understand client challenges in context and craft legal strategies that are both legally sound and business-minded. He represents clients in New York state and appellate courts, as well as in New Jersey.
