What happens after I reach out?
We will be in touch soon to set up a consultation at our Albany office, by phone or by video.
How much will it cost?
You will know the fee before we start. Many matters have a flat fee; others get a clear estimate.
Personal injury matters are handled on a contingency-fee basis under a written retainer agreement: no attorney fee is charged if there is no recovery. You may still be responsible for court costs and case expenses, and the retainer agreement states whether those are deducted before or after the fee is calculated.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. Meet us in person at our Albany office, or by phone or video. Your choice.
Do you only work in Albany?
